This Privacy Policy explains how Ms Deeds ("Ms Deeds," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Ms Deeds title deed processing service (the "Service").

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company name, email address, account credentials, and the deed and property information you submit. When you make a payment, billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We also collect basic technical data (such as log and usage information) needed to operate the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, process deed requests, generate and deliver invoices, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Intuit QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments (invoicing, accounting, and payment processing), and email delivery providers. These providers process data only as needed to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
7. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
