End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Ms Deeds ("Ms Deeds," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Ms Deeds title deed processing service, website, and related software (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Ms Deeds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes related to the preparation and processing of title deeds.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or fraudulent content, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payments
Fees for deed preparation and related services are presented before you submit a request. Payment processing, invoicing, and accounting are handled through Intuit QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amounts to your selected payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Ms Deeds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ms Deeds does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ms Deeds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
